The new name became official to clients, partners, and the public on July 22, 2026, following PK Companies’ acquisition of Pro-Surve Technical Services on March 31, 2026.
The combined company delivers a broader portfolio of advanced non-destructive examination (NDE), API inspection programs, data and integrity management, and inspection planning services, backed by the technical depth and field-tested reputations both companies have built over the years.
The rebrand represents the next step in uniting PK Technology & Inspection and Pro-Surve Technical Services under one strong, recognizable brand.
