UK Financial Ltd is pleased to announce that the Robinhood-chain side of UK Financial Moonshot Token™ (UKFLMS) is scheduled to begin trading on Tokpie Exchange against USDT on September 23, 2026, by 14:00 UTC.
The launch will establish the first centralized exchange market for the Robinhood-chain side of UKFLMS and represents the next phase of the company’s multi-chain strategy for its flagship UK Financial Ltd Launchpad Series™ token.

UK Financial Moonshot Token was designed around a dual-class concept developed from UK Financial Ltd’s experience with the Maya Preferred ecosystem.
Within Maya Preferred, Maya Preferred PRA represents the Preferred Class while Maya Preferred PRD represents the Common Class. UK Financial Ltd is applying a similar structural concept to UKFLMS:

Solana UKFLMS — Preferred Class
Rather than creating two unrelated projects, the structure places both tokens within the same UK Financial Moonshot ecosystem while allowing each class to maintain its own blockchain, liquidity, market activity and exchange presence.
The Common Class is moving first.
The Solana-based Preferred Class is expected to follow with an exchange listing of its own as UK Financial Ltd expands UKFLMS into additional global trading markets. The company has not yet publicly announced whether that listing will occur on Tokpie or another exchange.
Any additional economic, contractual or ownership rights associated with the individual classes will be established through the applicable project documentation.
LETTING THE MARKET ESTABLISH PRICE DISCOVERY
Management has been closely examining the significant differences in price, liquidity and market capitalization that can develop between UKFLMS markets operating on separate blockchains.
Those differences demonstrate why the quoted price of a token cannot be evaluated in isolation. Available float, liquidity depth, circulating supply, market capitalization, buyer and seller activity and the structure of the individual market all influence price formation.
With the Tokpie launch approaching, UK Financial Ltd’s immediate objective is to allow the new UKFLMS/USDT market to establish its own price discovery rather than attempt to dictate what the market should value UKFLMS at.
Accordingly, the company is not announcing a separate pre-listing auction tonight. Management believes the cleaner approach is to allow tomorrow’s exchange market to open and provide additional information before determining whether any future company-directed token offering or auction would benefit the broader UKFLMS strategy.
