Streams Charts now offers audience geo and demographics for YouTube and Kick in addition to Twitch, revealing clear differences between the three platforms.
KYIV, UKRAINE, November 5, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Streams Charts, a livestreaming analytics platform, has expanded its Audience Geo & Demographics data from Twitch to YouTube and Kick. With the update, brands and agencies can select creators for influencer marketing campaigns by the country, age and gender of their viewers on all three platforms. The first comparison using the new data, covering the 1,000 most-watched channels on each platform, shows that Twitch, YouTube Gaming and Kick reach noticeably different audiences.
Key findings
– Twitch has the highest US concentration. The United States accounts for 28% of Twitch’s audience, compared with 15% on Kick and 14% on YouTube Gaming.
– Kick has the most geographically diverse audience. On Kick, 21 countries each account for at least 1% of the audience, compared with 17 on Twitch and 16 on YouTube Gaming. No single region exceeds 30% of Kick’s audience, and Latin America and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) together make up more than half.
– YouTube Gaming is concentrated in Asia-Pacific (APAC). More than 60% of its audience is in the region, led by Japan, Indonesia and India.
– YouTube Gaming has the youngest audience. Nearly 27% of YouTube Gaming viewers are under 20, compared with 21% on Twitch. Twitch has the largest share of viewers aged 25 and older.
– The gender split is nearly identical. On Twitch, YouTube Gaming and Kick, 82% to 84% of the audience is male.
Methodology: Streams Charts analyzed the audiences of the 1,000 most-watched channels on Twitch, YouTube Gaming and Kick, using data as of Q3 2026. Geographic data is reported at country level in aggregated, anonymized form. No individual viewer data or precise location data is exposed.
“Until now, brands could check who watches a streamer on Twitch, but on YouTube and Kick they mostly had to rely on view counts,” said Nazar Babenko, Product Manager at Streams Charts. “The data shows why that is risky: the same budget spent on Twitch, YouTube or Kick reaches viewers in different countries and of different ages, so the choice of platform shapes a campaign’s audience as much as the choice of creator.”
How marketers use the data
For any channel on Twitch, YouTube or Kick, Streams Charts Audience Geo & Demographics shows:
– audience share by country
– average view duration by country
– shared audience by country, showing audience overlap between creators
– demographics, including age range, gender and interests
Instead of choosing creators by total viewership alone, marketing teams can start from the target market. A brand launching in Brazil, for example, can filter for streamers with a large share of viewers in Brazil, then open each channel page to check how long those viewers watch and the age and gender profile of the audience before reaching out.
The same data is available through the Streams Charts API and through AI agent skills that answer natural-language questions such as “What is the audience profile of shroud?”
Audience Geo & Demographics is available as an add-on to Streams Charts subscriptions. Plans and prices are listed on the Streams Charts pricing page.
