Schouest, Bamdas, Soshea & BenMaier PLLC (SBSB) has named partner Tom Jacks as the firm’s co-chair of litigation.
In this role, Mr. Jacks will join Houston partner Susan Noe Wilson at the helm of the firm’s formidable litigation team, using his years of experience and leadership to help oversee litigation strategy, client relations and department growth.
Mr. Jacks, who joined SBSB in 2024 as managing partner of the firm’s Dallas office, has for more than two decades represented corporations in high-stakes litigation, including commercial disputes, high-exposure corporate defense, nationwide product liability recall claims, multi-district litigation and the defense of catastrophic injury, wrongful death and construction defect claims.
“Tom’s deep roots in the legal community and his proven track record in the courtroom make him the ideal leader to co-chair our litigation efforts,” said Ms. Noe Wilson. “This appointment reflects our commitment to providing top-tier advocacy for our clients across the country.”
Mr. Jacks is an alumnus of Millsaps College and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He has been consistently recognized for legal excellence, earning a place in the 2026 Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America guide and The Best Lawyers in America.
