Acquisition extends Thoriva’s mission-critical platform and AI capabilities into loan platforms
VIENNA, VA, UNITED STATES, September 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Thoriva, Inc., a provider of AI-driven mission-critical solutions, announced today that Infinite MS, Inc., an affiliate of Thoriva within the Infinite Computer Solutions group of companies, has acquired the Education Platform from Fiserv, Inc. to be operated under Thoriva. The acquisition expands Thoriva’s government technology portfolio into loan servicing, extending the company’s mission to modernize complex, mission-critical government systems.
Loan platform technologies require high-volume transaction processing and adherence to stringent regulatory requirements, an area of increasing focus for federal and non-federal loan programs. By combining Fiserv’s Education Platform with Thoriva’s mission AI platform, Thoriva will define the future of modern loan servicing technology.
