Keller Williams Realty, LLC (KW), the world’s largest real estate franchise, reports that its affiliated brokerages had $9.4 billion in commercial transaction volume through August 2026, up 12.3% year over year.
Year-to-date, KW-affiliated agents have generated 8.1% higher commercial gross commission income (GCI) versus the same period in 2025. Mixed-use (+31.0%), industrial (+18.6%), and retail (+7.5%) sectors led commercial GCI growth.
