Katsam Property Services, the St. Louis-based exterior property services company founded in 1986, today announced it is rebranding as Gateway Service Group, creating a unified commercial property services platform across its regional operations. The rebrand reflects the company’s continued growth following an investment from Unity Partners, a Dallas-based middle-market private equity firm, in July 2024.
Since that investment, the company has expanded from a single-market sweeping and facility services business into a six-branch organization serving clients across 13 states. Gateway Service Group now operates from primary markets in Atlanta, Dayton, Kansas City, Philadelphia/New Jersey, St. Louis, and Washington, D.C.
